How long does the design process take?
Once you speak with us about your project and we have answered all of your questions we will usually respond with a cost/time estimate within 1 to 2 business days. Once you've reviewed and accepted this proposal, the actual design process usually only takes around 10-14 days, but that can vary from project to project.
Do I need to pay anything in advance?
We require a 1/2 design deposit with the second half required only after you have approved the final design.
How does the Website Design process work?
Once you accept the proposal and we receive from you any content, logos or other media that you have requested we use for the project, we begin the design of a main page concept. Once that is complete we invite your approval and then proceed through the remainder of the site with that concept in mind.
Do I have any month-to-month contractual obligations with Fusion for website hosting?
Fusion is unique in that we require NO extended contracts with our clients. We bill month-to-month for any of our hosting or marketing services and believe very strongly that providing good service is the best way to retain our clients.
Does Fusion provide any guarantees for their products and services?
The relationship we have with our clients is pretty self enforcing. We don't require the balance on any design work until the site is approved and given all of our other services are billed month-to-month there is very little risk involved for the client. That said, as is the case with other hosts, we cannot guarantee there will be no interruptions of hosting service or guarantee the perpetual integrity of your webspace. What we do have is over twenty years experience doing what we do and a long list of happy clients that are willing to vouch for our services.
What sets Fusion apart?
With even our most basic hosting package we include a certain amount of free website updates so although our WordPress clients may already enjoy access to their own sites, we are only a phone call or email away in the event you'd like additional help.
We develop all sites from the ground up with SEO in mind. We were 'born' the same year as Google and have continued to research all of their algorithm trends and mobile responsiveness guidelines.
